It's Spring Training season for baseball⚾ — and for our brains🧠! During Spring Training, athletes shake off winter cobwebs through practice and exercise to prepare for the season ahead. Our brains need the same thing! In this session, we will examine how movement and exercise are vital for brain health and play some baseball-themed brain games. Join us for a fun and interactive session to get your brain in top shape! Batter up!

Wits Workout
Wits Workout sessions are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. While Wits Workout is a series, each session is a self-contained, stand-alone program. Consecutive attendance is not required for any sessions.
