Getting enough quality rest is essential for both body and mind🧠! In this session, we will discuss how sleep impacts physical health and cognitive function, identify ways to practice good sleep hygiene, and play some sleep-themed brain games. Wits Workout
Wits Workout sessions are held on the first and third Wednesday of each month. While Wits Workout is a series, each session is a self-contained, stand-alone program. Consecutive attendance is not required for any sessions.
