Free Health Screenings Available!

The UnityPoint Health Wellmobile and the Illinois Eye Center will be providing free health and wellness screenings!  

The Wellmobile will offer Blood Pressure, Cholesterol*, Blood Glucose*, and Pulse Oximetry screenings.

Illinois Eye Center will offer free, basic vision screenings (similar to testing administered at the DMV).

The Wellmobile does not accept appointments.  Screenings are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.  Registration is not required, but it is recommended.

The Wellmobile will not be providing any COVID-19 testing.  You will be asked some COVID-19 symptom questions.

*The Wellmobile requires an 8-12 hour fast for the Cholesterol/Blood Glucose portion of the screening. They also recommend drinking 16 ounces of water or more before testing.  You can have medications as prescribed.

The UnityPoint Health Wellmobile is a consumer education program designed to promote healthier living in our community.  It brings free or low-cost screenings throughout Central Illinois.  It is UnityPoint's hope that patients and physicians use Wellmobile services to monitor the improvement of results during dietary, lifestyle, or medication changes.
