heraldicon Metamora Herald Newspaper Image Collection allows access to wedding announcements, engagement announcements, anniversaries, sports teams, community activities, 4-H Fair activities, school activities.   Published from December 20, 1889 until July 7, 2011, the newspaper covered the Illinois towns of Spring Bay, Washburn, Roanoke, Benson, Germantown Hills, Cazenovia, and Low Point as well as the village of Metamora.
