Freegal allows IPDPL patrons to access about 9 million songs and over 15,000 music videos. The collection contains music from over 28,000 labels orginating in over 100 countries. Illinois Talking Book Center provides a FREE audio library service to central Illinois residents whose low vision, blindness, or physical limitation makes it difficult to read. Reader advisors provide personalized service to every patron and the machine department is always ready to assist with replacements or questions.
Tumblebook Cloud allows patrons unlimited access to an online collection of YA/Teen novels, classics, poetry, short stories, graphic novels, and National Geographic videos (even lesson plans and online quizzes!) in digital formats. Click on the icon to get started.

Playaway digital audiobooks are pocket-sized devices that are permanently pre-loaded with an entire book in audio format. Its easy to use controls allow users to navigate through the book, stop at specific points, and create bookmarks. The self-contained package includes earphones and has a universal headphone jack. The new style of self-playing digital audio books is perfect for today’s multi-tasking public, allowing for both simplicity and flexibility. Users can listen to classics, best sellers, westerns, mysteries, humor, or language courses in German, French, or Spanish.
