Baby Talk is a New Woodford County Program for children 0-36 months, its mission is to positively impact child development and nurture healthy parent-child relationships during the critical early years.

There are many benefits from reading to your children; builds your relationship, encourages language development, boosts a child’s self-concept and lays a foundation for moral development.   Reading helps your baby to understand the world, encourages imagination and creativity, and makes parenting easier.

Sign up at your local Illinois Prairie District Public Library, branch library for the following schedule.    
    
     Metamora:  Monday September 15th, 2014, Hours 9:00-10:00

     Spring Bay:  Monday September 15th, 2014,Hours 11:00-12:00

     Germantown:  Monday September 15th, 2014,  Hours 1:30-2:30

     Roanoke:  Tuesday November 4th, 2014, Hours 12:30-1:30

     Washburn:  Wednesday September 17th, 2014, Hours 10:30-11:30
